- Purpose: Enhance match relevance
- Legal basis: Contract performance & legitimate interest
- Safeguards: No effect on legal rights without consent
- Controls: Users can adjust profiling preferences
3. Your Rights as a Data Subject
3.1 Right of Access (GDPR Article 15)

- SkillsCV: Candidate platform for profile building and matching
- TPC: Employer platform for accessing anonymized candidate profiles
