As a Growth & Analytics Specialist, you analyze everything that clicks.

You have two clear missions: increase the conversion of referred candidates (no matter what), and ensure the best people match with the job openings of our partners.

You determine where conversion starts and where it can improve. You test, measure, optimize, and ensure we’re always getting smarter. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and tech.

About the role:
You work with Amplitude, Hotjar, and dashboards. You turn insights into action. You are the driving force behind scaling TPC. Your work touches every user.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the funnel: from click to conversion
• Develop and manage A/B tests
• Build and optimize dashboards
• Connect data with user behavior
• Collaborate closely with product/dev/marketing

Profile:

• Experience with CRO, growth hacking, or product analytics
• Proficient in English; Dutch not required
• You work with AI/APIs/agents
• Curious, sharp, and structured
