Research by UWV shows that 71% of organizations have hired candidates without fully relevant experience or qualifications in the past two years. And all of this based on   <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Skills <\/span>\u2014 not just experience or diplomas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left\"><em>&#8212; &#8216;We turn rejections into referrals..&#8217; &#8212;<\/em><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He compares it to a shopping street: &#8216;You walk into a store looking for work, but there\u2019s no vacancy. Then the shopkeeper immediately points you to the neighbors. They can build long-term relationships with candidates and actively collaborate with other employers, leading to&#8230;   <\/span>more efficiency and more humanity <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in the process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5><em>&#8212; \u2018You start seeing someone&#8217;s talent from day one.\u2019&#8211;&#8216;<\/em><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As candidates present themselves based on their values, motivations, and skills, the interview process becomes more authentic.
