400;\">www.skillscv.nl<\/span><\/a><\/li><li> <b>User\/Candidate:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Natural person who registers on the SkillsCV platform<\/span><\/li><li> <b>Profile: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital representation of user skills, experience and availability<\/span><\/li><li> <b>Employer: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organization that has access to anonymized profiles through The Talentpool Community<\/span><\/li><li> <b>Matching:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Automatic matching of candidate profiles to jobs based on skills<\/span><\/li><li> <b>Active Participation: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requirement for free users to be more responsive to employer requests<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8e56fb7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8e56fb7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" id=\"artikel2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element matching<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Job display based on personal skills-match<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Communication facilities between candidates and employers (upon mutual consent)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Career tools and advice<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Free basic use under conditions of active participation<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2 SkillsCV strives to provide the best possible service but makes no guarantees about:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Availability of vacancies<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Quality of matching results<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Successful job placement<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Uninterrupted platform availability<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-709f682 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con Availability obligation<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free use of SkillsCV includes users:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Keeping their profile on \u2018findable\u2019 when actively searching for employment opportunities<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Setting their profile to \u2018not findable\u2019 when they are temporarily unavailable for new opportunities<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Keep your profile information accurate, complete, and up to date.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Update their availability and preferences regularly<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>4.2 Response Obligation<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.1 Users must respond within 5 working days to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Invitations from employers for interviews or contact<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Questions regarding availability or interest<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Requests for additional information or clarification<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Other relevant communications via the platform<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.2 A valid response may include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Confirmation of interest and availability<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A polite decline with reason<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A request for postponement or more information<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Notification of updated availability<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>4.3 Inactivity Policy<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.1 If no response is received within 5 working days:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An automatic reminder email will be sent to the user<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The employer will be informed of the delayed response<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.2 If no response is received within 2 weeks:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A second reminder email will be sent, including a warning<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The employer will be notified of non-responsiveness<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3 If no response is received within 4 weeks:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The user\u2019s profile will automatically be set to \u201cinactive\u201d<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The user will be notified of the inactive status<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Reactivation is possible by logging in and confirming availability<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>4.4 Abuse Policy<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.1 SkillsCV reserves the right to take action in cases of:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Systematic non-responsiveness (more than 3 missed responses in 6 months)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Providing false or misleading profile information<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Misuse of communication features<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Breach of these user terms<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Unprofessional behavior towards employers<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.2 Possible actions include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A warning with a 7-day grace period to correct the issue<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Temporary account suspension (30 days)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Permanent account ban<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Exclusion from future use of SkillsCV services<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f4913a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9f4913a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" id=\"artikel5\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d2f07f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4d2f07f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
